Shipping & returns
Shipments generally shipped by the next business day. Part/accessories shipments with different billing / shipping addresses will require additional verification prior to shipment. Firearms can only be shipped to a Licensed Firearms Dealer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Return / Exchange Policy
Returns can be requested through your online account under "orders" and are subject to our return policy outlined below.
FIREARMS:
If you cancel your order prior to us shipping it, you may return your purchase subject to a 5% restocking fee. For firearms shipped to your local FFL dealer, you must inspect your product(s) PRIOR to final transfer from your FFL to you, within 3 days of delivery. We allow returns subject to a 20% restocking fee and following inspection by RG to verify "NEW" condition. All sales are final once transferred to you or 3 days after delivery to your local FFL, whichever occurs first. Any order that includes gunsmithing from Reactive Gunworks (i.e. Sight installation / RMR Package, etc.) will incur an additional 5% restocking fee in addition to any of the aforementioned fees. This policy applies to all sales regardless of the reason for the return. All Purchases during Sale Events, Closeout Sales, and utilizing discount codes are FINAL.
2ND AMENDMENT UNFRIENDLY STATES:
You are responsible to ensure your local FFL dealer will accept and transfer firearms and/or NFA items to you. Items returned due to local restrictions (I.e. your FFL cannot transfer it to you) are subject to the standard firearm restocking fee stated above. This policy applies to all sales regardless of the reason for the return. All Purchases during Sale Events and Closeout Sales are FINAL.
PARTS:
You must inspect your parts upon delivery and notify RG of any problems within 2 calendar days of delivery. Orders returned within 2 calendar days of delivery are subject to a restocking fee starting at 10% based on condition. If you cancel your order prior to shipping, you will be charged a 5% restocking fee. All sales are final 2 calendar days after delivery. All Purchases during Sale Events and Closeout Sales are Final.
Reactive Gunworks "RG" does not warranty any products it sells, however it only does business with reputable manufacturers who do warranty their products. For warranty related concerns, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly to resolve any issues. RG will do its best to facilitate and support customer claims. For shipping delivery and warranty claims determined to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to refuse business to anyone.
ANODIZED AND PVD COLORS: “FDE” is used throughout our product offerings to reference a spectrum of colors that include tan, brown, bronze, earth, and everything in between. Due to differences in the chemical process between batches, the final finish can vary from part to part, particularly between aluminum and steel products, which are entirely different coating types. Therefore, your “FDE” product may vary from other parts on our site and from other companies, and may vary from the photos shown online. This applies to all colors in all types of coatings, especially anodizing and PVD coatings. The spectrum difference in shades allowed to reach customers is at the discretion of the manufacturing brands.
SALE EVENT POLICIES: All Purchases during a Sales event or Closeout are FINAL. If you purchase an item prior to a Sales Event and wish to apply the sale price ALL of the following criteria must be met: 1) You must make your request in writing within 2 calendar days of your original order, 2) Reactive Gunworks must have more than two of the SKU in stock at the time the request is made, AND 3) The refund will be in the form of STORE CREDIT.
