We occasionally offer pre-orders on high-demand or upcoming products. When you place a pre-order, your payment method is charged at the time of purchase to secure your place in line, sometimes a deposit and sometimes in full depending on item.
What to expect:
- Estimated availability dates are listed on the product page. These are provided by the manufacturer and may change at any time. Due to the nature of the high-end, custom, and limited availability products we carry, we recommend being prepared for lead times to extend beyond the initial quote.
- We will email you with updates if the timeline changes significantly. Adding or making changes to a pre-order project may increase lead time from initial quote.
- Once we have a set lead time for product arrival at our shop (usually a shipment confirmation from manufacturer), we will reach out to you for any remaining FFL info or payment. Once the item arrives to Reactive, your order will ship using the shipping method selected at checkout.
Pre-Order Cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the item ships, unless custom changes have been made to product at your request (different than how we originally spec'd out the item). Cancelled standard pre-orders are subject to a restocking fee starting at 10%, which will be deducted from your refund. If your pre-order wait time has exceeded the initally quoted lead time by an extra 50% of the time (e.g. beyond an initial 60 day lead time plus an extra 30 days) and we do not have a reasonable lead time update for you at that point, reach out to us to reach a reasonable resolution.
If a pre-ordered item becomes permanently unavailable from the manufacturer, you will receive a full refund with no restocking fee.
