Tell us what you have. We take a limited number of firearms on consignment and we're selective about what we list, but you'll get a straight answer either way, usually within a business day.
You get the gun to us and we handle the rest: our photography, our listing, insured in our safe, buyer questions fielded, and shipped the day it sells. You set the price and you're paid within 10 business days of the sale clearing.
What to put in the message box
The more of this you include, the faster we can give you a real answer instead of a list of questions:
- Make, model, and caliber, plus the builder if it's a custom gun
- Approximate round count and honest condition
- What comes with it: case, magazines, optic, spare parts, paperwork, receipts
- Any work done to it, who did it, and when
- What you're hoping to get, if you have a number in mind
- Where you're located, and whether you'd drop it off or ship it
Photos: email them to support@reactivegunworks.com with your name in the subject and we'll match them to your submission. Phone photos are fine for a first look. Both sides, muzzle and breech, any wear, and the serial area with the serial covered.
What happens next
We come back with what we think it brings, roughly how long, our commission, and what you net. Commission is quoted per item, because a five-figure collectible and an $1,800 carry gun don't take the same work. Nothing is owed up front and nothing is owed if it doesn't sell. You'll have the numbers in writing before anything ships.
