Firearms Recordkeeping
As a federally licensed firearms dealer, we are required by law to collect and retain certain information related to firearm purchases, including buyer identification and transfer records. This is mandated by ATF regulations and is not optional. These records may be subject to ATF inspection and are retained as required by federal law, independent of your consent or any deletion request.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:
- Service providers: Payment processors, shipping carriers, email providers, and analytics partners who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements
- Receiving FFL dealers: Your name, address, and order details are shared with the dealer you select to complete your transfer

- Business transfers: If Reactive Gunworks is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may transfer as part of that transaction

Some data cannot be deleted due to federal retention requirements, particularly ATF-mandated firearms records.
