These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of reactivegunworks.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

About Us

Reactive Gunworks is a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) and Class III Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT) based in Idaho. We sell and transfer firearms, NFA-regulated items, and accessories in compliance with federal, state, and local law.

Eligibility

By using this Site or placing an order, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old (21 for handgun purchases where required by law)
• You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the items you order under all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• You are not a prohibited person under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or any applicable state law
• You are not purchasing any item on behalf of a person who cannot legally possess it
• All information you provide is accurate and current

We reserve the right to refuse any order we believe may violate applicable law or these Terms.

Firearms Purchases

All firearm purchases are subject to federal, state, and local law. You are responsible for confirming that any firearm you purchase is legal to own, possess, and transfer in your jurisdiction. We will not ship a firearm to a jurisdiction where the transfer would be unlawful.

All transfers must go through a federally licensed dealer in your state. By purchasing a firearm, you acknowledge that you understand the FFL transfer process and accept responsibility for completing it. See our FFL Transfer Policy for full details.

A completed ATF Form 4473 and passing any relevant background check are required before any firearm can be transferred to you. We have no control over background check outcomes and are not responsible for denials.

NFA Items

Purchases of NFA-regulated items (suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, and other regulated items) require ATF approval via Form 4. By purchasing an NFA item, you acknowledge the approval process, associated timelines, and the refund limitations in our NFA / Class III Policy. We cannot guarantee approval timelines or outcomes.

Accounts

You may create an account to manage orders and preferences. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@reactivegunworks.com. We are not liable for losses from unauthorized account use.

Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, inability to verify eligibility, or inability to complete a lawful transfer.

Prices may change without notice. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we'll contact you with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely — we do not store full payment card data on our systems.

For pre-orders, payment is collected at the time of order placement to reserve your item and lock in your price.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use this Site to:

• Make a straw purchase — buying a firearm on behalf of someone who cannot legally possess it
• Circumvent or interfere with security features of the Site
• Transmit unlawful, harmful, harassing, or fraudulent content
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law
• Resell products purchased from this Site without our written consent

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Reactive Gunworks or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission.

Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe products and display images. We do not guarantee that descriptions, images, pricing, or other content are error-free or complete. We reserve the right to control and change all product details at any time. Finish colors and coatings vary between units and may differ from photographs and are not a valid reason for returns — see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, contact us within 15 days of delivery.

The Site may link to third-party websites for convenience. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for third-party content, privacy practices, or terms.
