Order a new Blackout Dynamics DTL-X built to your spec. Pick the caliber and barrel, the upper, and the color above. Every combination here is a current Blackout Dynamics catalog build, paid in full at checkout. We place your order with Blackout, and it typically ships to your FFL in 4 to 8 weeks.
This is an NFA item. An SBR transfers to you on an approved ATF Form 4, filed once the rifle reaches our shop. We'll walk you through it. Check your state and local laws before ordering.
The DTL-X is built around Blackout's patented Dual Taper Lock, which self-centers the barrel in the upper and the handguard on the barrel nut. Gas is set with the Helix system, a tool-less knob built into the barrel with no exposed set screws. Barrels are 416R stainless, lapped and cryo-treated in-house, and every rifle is guaranteed to shoot 1 MOA or better. Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

- Add to cart and check out. At checkout, use our FFL dealer locator to pick a licensed dealer near you. If your preferred dealer isn't listed, check the box to enter their address manually.
- We verify the FFL and ship. Your dealer can email a copy of their license to support@reactivegunworks.com to speed things up.
- Pick up at your dealer. They'll contact you when it arrives. Bring your ID, fill out the ATF Form 4473, pass the background check/any other requirements relevant to where you live, and the firearm is yours.
