How ordering works: Every Race City is built to order in “Race City USA” — Mooresville, North Carolina — the same shop that builds our in-stock RC9s. Pick your model, reserve your build with a $500 deposit, or pay the base price in full up front (add-ons upon completion). Spec your pistol with the options above; any upgrade (porting, brushed/polished flats) is added to your balance, which we confirm with you before the build ships.
Estimated lead time: ~120 days from order (subject to Race City's queue).
The RC9 is a double-stack 2011 chambered in 9mm, running an Atlas Gunworks bull barrel (flush-cut and crowned), a flat-top slide with aggressive front and rear serrations, a 2–2.5 lb trigger with your choice of Atlas Gunworks shoe, and custom RCD aluminum grips. Every slide ships RMR-ready with the RMR/SRO plate included. Ships with one 17-round and one 20-round Atlas Gunworks magazine (two flush-fit 120mm for carry grip builds).

This is a firearm. Federal law requires us to ship it to a licensed FFL dealer near you — not directly to your home address. Here's how it works:
- Add to cart and check out. At checkout, use our FFL dealer locator to pick a licensed dealer near you. If your preferred dealer isn't listed, check the box to enter their address manually.
- We verify the FFL and ship. Your dealer can email a copy of their license to support@reactivegunworks.com to speed things up.
- Pick up at your dealer. They'll contact you when it arrives. Bring your ID, fill out the ATF Form 4473, pass the background check/any other requirements relevant to where you live, and the firearm is yours.
