Mustang Armament builds billet AR-15s in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Founder Brian Kiraly spent 27 years in the Marine Corps, 15 of them as an enlisted armorer before he commissioned as a "mustang" officer, which is where the name comes from. Receivers are 7075-T6 billet, barrels are cold hammer forged 41V50, and every gun is test-fired before it ships. That includes the Honest Outlaw Edition, a 250-unit run built with YouTuber Chris Randall.
Custom builds are nearly always single availability — when one sells, it's gone.
